KUIU Return Policy
1. Overview
At KUIU, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we make.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Return Process

Contact our customer service service@tigreenllt.com.ca to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Securely pack your items with all original tags attached.

Ship your return using the provided instructions.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 15–20 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order once your refund is processed.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at service@tigreenllt.com with photos and order details. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
6. International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
